In need for some mid-week motivation? Bored of eating the same foods? Not sure what to have for breakfast or lunch? If so, keep reading to find out how you can make a quick and easy 3-egg omelette. Just to make this even quicker for breakfast, you could put all the ingredients in a cup and cook in the microwave for a couple of minutes while you carry on getting ready, it really is easy!
You will need:
- 3 eggs
- Cubes of feta
- 1 handful of spinach
- Your chosen seasoning
- Rocket for garnish
- Pop all the ingredients in a jug and mix
- Pour into a frying pan
- Gently cook the bottom on the cooker
- Cook the top using the grill (put the pan under the grill)
- Serve and enjoy!
